I’ve never been a good runner and when I did run I always got injured pretty early on from my lack of elongated muscles (aka- I can’t touch my toes; my legs are always so tight it causes injuries pretty quickly). This time I’m determined to pick up running the safe way while also practicing yoga! My dad and I are going to start this when I finally kick this Achilles tendonitis! Super pumped already!
